The 2nd 2025 ALCUDIA SUMMER tournament will take place on Saturday July 26th/27th in Alcudia.

The PRO tournament 2x2 Women & Men is valid for national ranking with 2.00 factor.

​

REGISTRATION 

​

Registration is open and all teams wanting to participate shall complete and send the online registration form (after sending it, a confirmation e-mail will be sent with the copy of the completed form, check Spam).

The registration deadline is the Wednesday before the tournament at 23.59pm, and if the limit of teams is reached before that, we will open a waiting list.

The limit of teams admitted is 30 per category, once it is reached the organisation reserves the right to close registration or extend the limit.

The same Wednesday will be the deadline for a team to pull out from the competition or make any changes with at no extra cost, after this moment we will not be able to return the registration fee or make any changes.

The registration fee is 40€ per team in PRO category.

BEACHVOLLEY BALEAR CLUB MEMBERS MUST REGISTER AND PAY FOR THIS TOURNAMENT AS IT IS NOT  100% ORGANISED BY BEACHVOLLEY BALEAR.

federative requirements

-VP license  

All players who participate in the 2x2 FEM/MASC PRO category must have a National or Balearic beach volleyball license processed, regional licenses from other communities will NOT be accepted.

Valid licenses:

-National License     €35 (valid for 2025)

-Balearic License €20 (valid for 2025)

-Balearic License Sub 15-21 5€ (valid por 2025)

-Balearic Special License for 1 event €6

​

The payment of the license must be paid to the club that processed it.

​

- sports accident insurance 

The insurance will be paid to the federative delegate in cash the same day of the tournament before the start of the competition.

-All participants in the 2x2 FEM/MASC category must have sports accident insurance of the Balearic Volleyball Federation.

We also recommend that all participants in our activities have sports accident insurance.

​

-The players that during season 24/25 competed for a federated indoor club are exempt from processing a new insurance, except if they process the beach volleyball license for a club other than their indoor club (in this case they must inform the indoor club and pay 1/3 of the value of the sports insurance).

-Those who have not competed indoor during this season must apply for sports accident insurance at the Balearic Volleyball Federation directly or through your club.

IMPORTANT:

THE PROCESSING OF THE VP LICENSE AND THE INSURANCE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH PLAYER AND HAS TO PROCESS THEM THROUGH THEIR CLUB, THE ORGANIZATION OF THE TOURNAMENTS HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THESE PROCEDURES.
