The 4th Summer Series 2023 will happen 7-9 July in Cala Mesquida, Capdepera. The competition will start on Friday at 3:30pm with the Mixed 2x2, then on Saturday at 9.00am we will keep going with the Women & Men PRO tournament and finally on Sunday from 9.00am as well the KIDS categories.

The PRO tournament is valid for national ranking with 2.00 factor.

Playing tops: All players participating in the main draw of the PRO competition shall wear the official Beachvolley Balear playing top (15€)

​

*The same playing top can be used throughout the 2023 season for all tournaments organised by our club.

REGISTRATION 

​

All teams wanting to participate shall complete and send the online registration form followed by payment by debit/credit card.

The registration deadline is the Wednesday before the tournament at 4pm, and if the limit of teams is reached before that, we will open a waiting list.

The limit of teams admitted is:

- Mixed 2x2: 16 teams

- PRO: 20 teams (W) / 20 teams (M)

- Kids: 15 teams per category

Once it is reached the organisation reserves the right to close registration or extend the limit.

The same Wednesday at 4pm will be the deadline for a team to pull out from the competition or make any changes at no extra cost, after this moment we will not be able to return the registration fee or make any changes.

The registration fee is 40€ per team in PRO category, 30€ per team in Mixed 2x2 and 10€ per player in KIDS.​

REGISTRATION IS FREE FOR ALL BEACHVOLLEY BALEAR MEMBERS, BUT IF ANY OF THE PLAYERS IS NOT A MEMBER, REGISTRATION FORM NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED AND PAYMENT MADE FOR THAT PLAYER. IF ALL PLAYERS ARE CLUB MEMBERS, THEN THEY ONLY NEED TO SEND US AN E-MAIL TO CONFIRM THEIR PARTICIPATION.

federatiON requirements

-BV license  

 

All players who participate in the 2x2 PRO category must have a beach volleyball license, regional licenses from other communities will NOT be accepted.

Valid licenses:

-National License     €25* (valid for 2023)

-Balearic License €15* (valid for 2023)

-Special Balearic License €5* (valid for 1 tournament)

-Special Amateur Balearic License €5* (valid for 2023) - does not sum points for national ranking.

The license must be paid to the club that processed it.

​

- sportS insurance 

 

The insurance will be paid to the federation delegate in cash the day of the tournament before it starts.

-All participants in both the PRO category must have sports accident insurance of the Balearic Volleyball Federation.

Beachvolley Balear strongly recommends that all people participating in our activities, including in Amateur and Kids categories, have a sports insurance.

-Players competing for a federated indoor club during the 22/23 season are exempt from applying for a new insurance, unless they process the beach volleyball license with a club other than their indoor club (in this case they must inform the indoor club and pay 1/3 of the value of the sports insurance, €20 for "Juveniles" and above and €6.7 for "Infantiles" and "Cadetes").

-Those who have not competed indoor during this season must apply for sports insurance with the Balearic Volleyball Federation directly or through your club.

ANNUAL INSURANCE:

-Juveniles, Seniors, Juniors 60€ (valid from JANUARY to 31 DECEMBER)

-Infantiles y Cadetes 20€ (valid from JANUARY to 31 DECEMBER)

TEMPORARY INSURANCE:

-Juveniles, Seniors 19€ (4 months)

-Infantiles y Cadetes 6.50€ (4 months)

-Juveniles, Seniors 58€ (7 months)

-Infantiles y Cadetes 12.50€ (7 months)

-INDIVIDUAL INSURANCE FOR ONE TOURNAMENT 3€

IMPORTANT:

PROCESSING THE BV LICENSE AND CONTRACTING THE INSURANCE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH PLAYER AND THEY SHALL DO IT THROUGH THEIR CLUB, THE ORGANISATION OF THE TOURNAMENT HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY IN THESE PROCEDURES.
